Isodaily privacy policy
This Privacy Policy describes how IsoDaily — Isometric Trainer, developed by ZanshinLab, handles information when you use our application on Android.
We built IsoDaily with privacy as a default. The App works entirely offline and requires no account, no login, and no personal information to function.
We do not collect:
- Name, email address, or any contact information
- Location data (GPS or network-based)
- Camera or microphone access
- Contacts, call logs, or messages
- Biometric data of any kind
- Financial or payment information
- Social media credentials or profiles
IsoDaily saves your progress data exclusively on your own device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is never accessible to ZanshinLab or any third party.
Locally stored data includes:
- Your daily Tension Score and streak count
- Completed exercises and moments history
- Achievement badges earned
- Active days calendar
You can delete all this data at any time: Settings → Apps → IsoDaily → Clear Data, or simply uninstall the App.
IsoDaily is free to use and is supported by in-app advertising provided by Google AdMob, operated by Google LLC.
AdMob may collect and use:
- Android Advertising ID (AAID) — a resettable device identifier
- IP address (used to determine general geographic region)
- App interaction data (ad impressions and clicks)

To opt out of personalized ads: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
IsoDaily is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is rated Everyone on Google Play.
If you believe a child has used the App and you have concerns, please contact us using the information in Section 10.
The only third-party service integrated into IsoDaily is Google AdMob. We do not use:
- Analytics or crash reporting SDKs
- Social network integrations
- External APIs or data services
- Push notification services
Since IsoDaily does not collect or transmit personal data to any server, there is no risk of a data breach from our infrastructure. All user progress is stored locally on your device, protected by your device's own security systems.
Since we do not collect personal data, you have full control over everything:
- Delete locally stored data via Android device settings at any time
- Reset your Android Advertising ID via Settings → Google → Ads
- Opt out of personalized ads via Android device settings
- Manage AdMob data at myaccount.google.com
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
