Privacy Policy
WarmSpark: Daily Kindness — ZanshinLab
Last updated: March 20261. Introduction
Welcome to WarmSpark: Daily Kindness, developed and published by ZanshinLab. This Privacy Policy explains how our Android application handles your information.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. WarmSpark is designed with a privacy-first approach: the app works fully offline, and all your personal data stays on your device.
Short version: Your kindness journey — streaks, completed challenges, milestone badges, and statistics — is stored only on your device. We do not operate servers. We do not collect your personal information. The only data collection that occurs is through our third-party advertising partner, Google AdMob, described in full in Section 5.
2. Data Collected
Data WarmSpark does NOT collect:
- Your name, email address, or any personal identifier
- Location data of any kind
- Camera, microphone, or contacts data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data sent to our servers
- Any data whatsoever — we have no servers to receive it
Data collected by third parties on our behalf:
- Advertising ID — Google AdMob may collect your device’s Advertising ID to serve relevant advertisements. This is handled entirely by Google’s AdMob SDK integrated through the Andromo platform. See Section 5 for full details.
3. Data Storage
All application data generated by your use of WarmSpark — including your daily streak count, completed challenge dates, milestone progress, total acts completed, and calendar data — is stored exclusively in your device’s local storage (localStorage) via the Android WebView.
This data is:
- Stored entirely on your device — never transmitted anywhere
- Not accessible to ZanshinLab or any third party
- Not backed up to any cloud service by us
- Automatically deleted when you uninstall the application
WarmSpark functions 100% offline. No internet connection is required for any feature of the app. The only time the app uses network connectivity is when loading advertisements via AdMob.
4. Third-Party Services
Andromo
WarmSpark is built using the Andromo app-building platform, which provides the native Android container (WebView) that runs the application. Andromo may collect certain device-level data as part of its SDK. For Andromo’s privacy practices, please visit: andromo.com/privacy-policy
Google Play Services
As an Android application distributed through Google Play, your use of WarmSpark is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
WarmSpark displays interstitial advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads are shown at defined moments within the app — specifically when the daily challenge loads and upon challenge completion.
AdMob may collect and use the following data to serve relevant advertisements:
- Advertising ID — your device’s resettable advertising identifier
- Device information — device model, operating system version
- IP address — used to determine approximate location for ad targeting
- Ad interaction data — whether you viewed or clicked an advertisement
AdMob’s data practices are governed entirely by Google’s Privacy Policy:

Opting out of personalized advertising:
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your Android device settings:
Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
You can also reset your Advertising ID from the same menu. When personalization is disabled, you will still see advertisements, but they will not be tailored to your interests.
6. Children's Privacy
WarmSpark is intended for users aged 13 and older. The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
WarmSpark does not contain content that is inappropriate for minors. The app displays general-audience advertisements through AdMob, which are subject to Google’s family-safe advertising policies.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us immediately at the address below so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
7. Your Rights
Because WarmSpark does not collect or store personal data on any server operated by ZanshinLab, there is no personal data held by us to access, export, or delete on your behalf.
To manage your app data: Uninstall the application. All locally stored data (streaks, challenges, statistics) is automatically removed.
To manage your Advertising ID: Go to Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device to reset or opt out.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or California: You may have additional rights regarding data processed by Google AdMob. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy and their tools for managing your data preferences at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy
8. Changes to This Policy
ZanshinLab may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we update this policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the WarmSpark application after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the application or through the Google Play Store listing.
