1. Introduction
Welcome to FlameLoop ("the App"), a habit streak tracker developed by ZanshinLab. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy is designed to be transparent, simple, and easy to understand.
2. Data We Collect
FlameLoop itself does not collect any personal information directly. The App operates fully offline and does not require an account, login, or internet connection to function.
The following data is stored exclusively on your device:
- Habit names and settings you create
- Daily completion records and streak history
- App preferences (frequency settings, first launch date)
- Weekly review and statistics data
- Motivational banner dismiss status
Important: All data listed above is stored only in your device's local storage. It is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party by FlameLoop.
3. Data Storage
All app data is stored using your device's local storage (localStorage). This means:
- Your data never leaves your device
- No account or registration is required
- No data is synchronized or backed up to any external server
- You can delete all data at any time using the "Reset All Data" option in the App's Settings screen
- Uninstalling the App removes all stored data permanently
4. Third-Party Services
FlameLoop is distributed through the Andromo platform and includes advertising provided by Google AdMob. These third-party services may collect certain data as described below.
Google AdMob
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This may include:
- Advertising ID (GAID) — a resettable device identifier used for ad targeting
- Approximate location (country/region level)
- Device type and operating system version
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

Andromo
FlameLoop is built using the Andromo app-building platform. Andromo may collect basic technical data for app functionality purposes. For details, visit andromo.com/privacy-policy.
5. Children's Privacy
FlameLoop is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the address below so we can take appropriate action.
The App's content rating is "Everyone" (PEGI 3 / Everyone), and the App contains advertisements which may be shown to users of all ages within the App's rated audience.
6. Your Rights
Since FlameLoop does not collect or store personal data on any server, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete remotely. All data you generate in the App is under your full control on your own device.
To delete all your data, use the Reset All Data option in Settings, or uninstall the App.
To reset your Android Advertising ID, go to: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset Advertising ID on your device.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable laws. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
